She-Hulk and Daredevil become best friends in She-Hulk
She-Hulk Lawyer star Tatiana Maslany has revealed that her character She-Hulk and Charlie Cox’s Daredevil will become best friends.
Rumors have long been circulating on the web that Daredevil will have a cameo in She-Hulk Lawyer. And it makes sense, since Matt Murdock and Jennifer Walters are two lawyers who have become superheroes. Heroes are just destined to meet. And the new trailer for She-Hulk Lawyer confirmed the rumors – at the very end of the video, the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen lit up.
The trailer does not reveal details about She-Hulk and Daredevil’s relationship. However, Tatyana Maslany, in an interview with MTV News, confirmed that the characters would definitely make friends:
“We are best friends. Simply the best!
Showrunner Jessica Gao (Rick and Morty, Silicon Valley) hinted in an interview with Comic Book that She-Hulk and Daredevil will be fighting crime together. According to her, the characters will quickly find a common language:
“Obviously, what unites Jen and Matt Murdock. They’re both lawyers who have become superheroes, so they have a lot in common.”
As Gao also noted, Jennifer’s story is unique in that prior to her reincarnation as She-Hulk, the character was already intimately familiar with superheroics. After all, Jennifer’s cousin is the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo) from the Avengers. However, the heroine still did not expect that she would gain superpowers.
Recall that Daredevil will also appear in the series “Echo”, which will be released in the summer of 2023. And in the spring of 2024, Disney+ will show Daredevil: Born Again.
She-Hulk Lawyer is slated to premiere on August 17th.
