The trainer consists of a stable platform with a digital LED panel, a block cushion and a stand for a tablet or smartphone. The wide base of the platform and the user’s weight prevent the Liteboxer from tipping over from the force of impacts. On the digital LED panel there are six targets with built-in sensors that determine the impact force. Underneath is a block pad for simulating body punches, while the smartphone stand serves as a screen for playing videos with the coach and displaying training results/strike strength. Plus, Liteboxer gives you the option to challenge friends to the same workout we’re doing to compare results.

Liteboxer provides 5 types of classes: Quick Hitter, Full Body, Quick Play, Liteboxer Basics and Liteboxer Endurance, differing in duration and intensity.
Liteboxer uses LED lighting and RHYTHM TECHNOLOGY for a fun learning experience. In Quick Play mode, LEDs light up on each target to show when and where to hit. Liteboxer comes with one pair of gloves in size S or L, a USB-A to USB-C power adapter, a USB cable, a free 3-month subscription for coach-led workouts ($29 monthly) and instructions.
To determine the size of Liteboxer boxing gloves, you need to measure the distance from the base of the palm to the top of the index finger: S ≤ 20 cm and L < 20 cm.
In addition, we recommend purchasing the Liteboxer platform extender, which increases the length of the base of the simulator by 46 cm.
