Bang & Olufsen and Jammcard – the leading digital community of music professionals – threw a surprise concert at New Morning, a legendary music venue the heart of Paris, France. The two brands brought together MonoNeonIbrahim MaalooufIsaiah Sharkey, and Larnell Lewis to create an electric fusion of Jazz, R&B, Funk and Gospel throughout a 90-minute live jamming set that captivated the audience, witnessing artist development and creation in its wildest form.

Celebrating the multi-faceted music scene of Paris


A shared vision to blend musical styles and genres led to a versatile mix of headline artists for Bang & Olufsen and Jammcard’s collaborative experience. And with its community-based platform for the world’s leading music professionals, with over 15,000 individually vetted members consisting of artists, producers, musical directors, songwriters and tour managers, Jammcard also marked the opportunity to celebrate France as its latest addition to the Jammcard hubs, which also consists of US, UK, and Denmark.
 

Discussing his anticipation of entering the French market, Jammcard founder and CEO Elmo Lovano says “France is deeply rooted in music and played a significant role in the development and evolution of music throughout the world. The venue that hosted last night’s premiere event for Bang & Olufsen and Jammcard was the legendary New Morning nightclub, which originally opened in 1981 and is world-renowned for the names in jazz and blues that have taken to its stage. Those legends include Bob Dylan, Prince, and Chet Baker among many others, and New Morning’s rich heritage in music and culture connects it seamlessly with the heritage that Bang & Olufsen has developed in the world of audio for over 97 years.
